CARB R3 Export

Navigation: Reports > CARB R3 Export.

After navigating to the CARB R3 Export tool, the user must complete all required fields.

• Users may need to obtain their SIC and NAICS numbers from their finance or accounting team
• Minimum Full Charge Should be Greater than 50lbs CARB will only accept systems listed over 50bs
• The Start Date should be Jan. 1, 20xx (xx = Year of reporting)
• The End Date should be Dec. 31, 20xx (xx = Year of reporting)
• Select "Yes" from the Include Events dropdown field

After all required fields have been completed, select the Build XML Report button.

Revision 1.2

A dialog box at the bottom of the browser will ask to Open or Save the resulting XML file. That file can then be uploaded to the R3 website.

Please note that CARB does not allow for the amount added to exceed the full charge of the system. If an error is received, the amount added will need to be adjusted in the XML file to match the full charge.

vx Suite can now disallow providers to add more than the full charge. Please speak with your vx Suite contact to make this adjustment.

Other enhancements

The file is now formatted in UTF-8 per CARB R-3 specifications, The "&" has been replaced by the word "and" in the export file, and Recovered values are properly exported.
